Sonakshi Sinha,who made her Bollywood debut with ‘Dabangg’ opposite Salman Khan, turned a year older on Tuesday (June 2).

Bollywood celebrities and television stars took to Twitter and Instagram to share their heartfelt wishes as the Dabangg actor Sonakshi Sinha turned 33 on Tuesday.

Sonakshi’s father, veteran actor and former MP, Shatrughan Sinha, took to twitter to shower blessings. Expressing gratitude that the family was spending time together amid the Covid-19 lockdown, he wrote, “This week is very special for my family, as we have a lot to thank for during this lockdown period. The family got to really spend some good quality time together. Today we all celebrate our darling @sonakshisinha Sona’s birthday. May she always be positive & abundantly blessed.”

Sharing a photograph with her on Twitter, Kal ho na ho actor Preity Zinta wrote, “Happy Birthday my darling Sona. Wish you all the wonderful things, today and always. Keep Smiling and shining always. Love you loads.”

Turning to Instagram stories, popular fashion designer Anita Dongre wrote, “Wishing our golden girl @aslisona a very Happy Birthday.”
